Juxta Glomerular Cells

Part of the juxtaglomerular apparatus in the distal convuluted tubule of the kidney. They are composed of modified cells of the afferent and efferent arteiroles. The juxtaglomerular apparatus is responsible for renin secretion when blood pressure falls.
